Job Description: We’re a growing company that recently re-signed up for Salesforce and have been using Xero for accounting for the past two years. We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce consultant or integration specialist to help us set up Salesforce as our central CRM and A/R management tool. Project Scope (Phase 1): Sync all accounts and contacts from Xero to Salesforce, with an ongoing sync to capture new additions. Sync all invoices and payments from Xero to Salesforce: Historical paid invoices: optional to import payments; bringing in the invoices themselves is preferred. Historical unpaid invoices: import as unpaid so future payments can sync accurately in Salesforce. Sync product catalog from Xero to Salesforce for accurate reporting from invoices. Future Considerations (Phase 2, optional): Explore options for managing customer payments directly from Salesforce (currently using Invoiced). Requirements: Proven experience with Salesforce setup and Xero integration. Ability to design automated, ongoing syncs between Xero and Salesforce. Strong understanding of A/R workflows and product/invoice reporting. Clear communication and ability to scope work effectively. Deliverables: Fully synced Salesforce environment with accounts, contacts, invoices, payments (where applicable), and products from Xero. Documentation of the sync setup and any automation rules implemented. Budget & Timeline: Please provide estimated hours and approach. Phase 1 setup is our immediate priority.
