You will be responsible for configuring REI Reply to support my full seller lead journey: Core Pipeline & Stages Implement my existing stages (Lead Capture, Initial Contact, Booking, Booked Clarity Call, Clarity Call Completed, Plan Preparation, Plan Sent, Decision Pending, Under Contract, Nurture, Closed, Cold / Unresponsive, Database Reactivation). Map and apply my existing tag structure correctly. Key Workflows / Automations I already have these flows mapped on paper; I need you to implement them in REI Reply: Initial Contact Engine 5‑day mixed call/SMS follow up for new leads until contact or disqualify. Respect DNC and “one-engine-at-a-time” rules. Missed Call & Inbound SMS Handling Automatic “sorry we missed you” SMS for missed calls. Simple conversational SMS routing to book a Clarity Call without ever quoting numbers or giving legal/tax advice. Clarity Call Booking & Reminders Booking engine for 20–30 minute “Home Sale Clarity Call.” Automated reminders (24h, 3h, 15m) plus basic no‑show recovery. 3‑Path Plan Delivery & Plan Review Booking Tag-based trigger when Plan is marked “Sent.” Soft 3‑touch SMS sequence to book a Plan Review call. Decision Routing (Paths A–E) When I apply a decision tag (Cash, Creative, List/Referral, Not Yet, Hold/Wait), update to the correct single stage and exit any engines. Nurture & Reactivation Short-cycle nurture for “Not Yet” sellers. Long-cycle nurture for “Hold/Wait.” Quarterly 3‑touch database reactivation engine that respects DNC and engine flags. These should align with the four pillars of lead nurture: availability, speed, personalization, and volume. Messaging & Compliance Implement my SMS templates (I will provide drafts); you refine for clarity and natural tone. Must respect TCPA / opt‑out rules and my brokerage/creative‑finance guardrails. Reporting & QA Basic dashboard or views to track: new leads, conversations, booked calls, show rate, contracts, and closed deals. Test each workflow with sample contacts and screen‑record proof of everything working. Deliverables Fully configured REI Reply account with: Pipelines, stages, tags wired correctly All workflows above live and tested SMS/email templates loaded 1–2 simple reports / dashboards A short Loom walkthrough (10–20 minutes) and a basic configuration document (Google Doc). Ideal Experience 2+ REI Reply or GoHighLevel buildouts for real estate investors / wholesalers (share examples). Strong understanding of outbound SMS, speed‑to‑lead, and appointment show‑rate optimization. Comfortable working from detailed SOPs and acceptance criteria, not vague “make it better” direction.
