We run a marketing company, and we’re looking for an automation expert to help us build a system that can generate 2,000+ ad creatives per day automatically. These creatives include: • Image ads • Video ads I’ve attached examples of the kind of creatives we need to build at scale. Our goal is to fully automate the creative production pipeline as much as possible. We’re currently exploring tools like: • Creatomate.com • templated.io • AI video tools • API-based rendering systems But we are open to your recommendations. Current Workflow (Manual) Right now our process is mostly manual and looks like this: Download realtor images from Pinterest Use a custom GPT to generate JSON prompts for those images Use tools like: VEO3 Qwen Chat to animate the images into short videos Add text overlays Add music Export the ad creative For images, it’s the same process but without the VEO 3 or Qwen Chat step. This process works but does not scale. What We Want To Build We want an automated pipeline that can: • Generate 2,000 creatives per day • Automatically insert dynamic text/copy variations • Automatically render image ads and video ads • Pull assets from a library (images, clips, etc.) • Add captions, overlays, and music • Export ready-to-run ad creatives Possible Tools (But We’re Open) We are considering solutions using: • Creatomate • templated.io • n8n / Make / Zapier • Python automation • API pipelines • AI video generation tools But we are open to completely different architectures if they are better. What We Need From You We are looking for someone who can: • Analyze our current workflow • Design the best scalable automation system • Recommend the best tools/stack • Build the automation pipeline • Help us scale creative production to 2,000+ ads/day Ideal Candidate You have experience with: • API integrations • Automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) • Creative rendering tools (Creatomate / templated.io / Bannerbear / similar) • AI tools for content generation • Scalable automation systems We are looking for someone who can think architecturally, not just execute tasks.
