We are a fast-growing startup launching a full agentic platform and need a senior AI/ML engineer to join our team immediately. You will work directly with the CTO to design, implement, and deploy AI agents that automate core workflows, integrate with our backend, and operate reliably in production. This is highly hands-on: you will architect agent workflows, integrate LLMs, and ensure the platform scales. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and deploy autonomous AI agents using LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar frameworks. Integrate agents with backend APIs, databases, and platform workflows. Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS). Optimize agent performance, reliability, and cost in a production environment. Collaborate with the CTO and full-stack engineers to define agent workflows and evaluation metrics. Implement logging, monitoring, and error handling for AI agents. Suggest improvements to agent design, architecture, and automation strategies. Requirements: Proven experience building production-ready AI agents or AI automation pipelines. Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines. Proficiency in Python, and frameworks such as LangChain, HuggingFace Transformers, or AutoGPT. Experience with cloud deployment: AWS, GCP, or Azure. Familiarity with vector databases and memory storage for AI workflows. Strong problem-solving and ability to work in a fast-paced, lean startup environment. Excellent communication and ability to work directly with CTO and cross-functional team. Preferred: Experience in multi-agent orchestration and autonomous systems. Hands-on experience in CI/CD for ML/AI workflows. Prior startup experience launching AI-driven products.
