Objective Design and implement automated systems and AI agents that operate the content, research, and data infrastructure of Spec Research, minimizing manual work and enabling scalable intelligence products. Key Responsibilities 1. Automation Architecture • Design workflows that automate research ingestion, content production, and distribution. • Connect APIs, databases, and AI models into reliable pipelines. 2. AI Agent Development • Build task-specific AI agents (research, content, data monitoring, translation, clipping). • Ensure agents operate with minimal supervision and clear task boundaries. 3. Content Intelligence Systems • Automate the transformation of long-form content (interviews, research, reports) into short videos, social posts, and newsletters. • Integrate translation and multilingual distribution. 4. Data & Research Pipelines • Create automated feeds that ingest market data, news, and financial signals. • Structure information so it can power dashboards, reports, and future investment tools. 5. Tooling & Infrastructure • Implement systems using tools such as AI APIs, workflow engines, vector databases, and cloud services. • Maintain modular architecture so new agents can be added easily. 6. Operational Efficiency • Continuously replace manual tasks with automated agents. • Monitor reliability, optimize workflows, and reduce operational friction.
