Tashi Non-Stop is a creative children’s learning brand that turns passive screen time into engaging learning adventures through storytelling, characters, music, interactive flipbooks, games, and printable activities. The program is designed especially to support creativity and curiosity in children, including neurodivergent learners. Our audience includes home school families, home school co-ops, after-school enrichment programs, and learning specialists. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Funnel & Growth Systems Architect to build the marketing infrastructure that converts visitors into engaged subscribers and paying customers. Requirements: - Design and implement a complete marketing funnel (Traffic → Email Signup → Free Content → Email Nurture → Enrollment) - Build and optimize landing pages for two audiences: homeschool parents and educational institutions - Set up lead magnets and email capture systems - Create a 5–7 email welcome and onboarding sequence - Configure email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) - Help define program offers, pricing tiers, and free-to-paid conversion strategy - Implement an affiliate program for homeschool bloggers, influencers, and educational partners - Set up tracking systems including Google Analytics (GA4), conversion tracking, and UTM tracking - Create a lightweight CRM system (HubSpot or Airtable) to manage affiliates, influencer outreach, and licensing inquiries - Review and optimize the website for marketing traffic (mobile optimization, page speed, checkout reliability) - Provide recommendations for tools and systems needed to run the marketing funnel effectively Ideal Candidate: - Proven experience building marketing funnels for online courses or membership products - Strong experience with landing pages, email automation, and conversion optimization - Experience implementing affiliate marketing systems - Familiar with marketing analytics and tracking tools - Experience working with education brands or course creators is a plus
