Job Title: AI-Enabled Operations Manager (HighLevel, Digital Systems & AI Agent Handler) Job Description: We are seeking a high-level, technical, and systems-oriented AI-Enabled Operations Manager to act as the "Right Hand" for an executive managing two distinct brands: Personal Brand for the CEO and Business AI Education. This is not a traditional administrative role. You will be the "Operator" of a sophisticated ecosystem that includes AI agents, automated content engines, and complex marketing funnels. Your primary goal is to manage the systems that free up the CEO’s time for high-value revenue generation. Core Responsibilities: HighLevel (GHL) Management: Take over monthly webinar updates, funnel maintenance, and email marketing. You will work with our current tech suppor to transition these tasks via Loom and then own the process entirely. AI Agent Fleet Management: Oversee and "hand-hold" AI agents in Claude, Manus and Abacus DeepAgent. You will launch threads, monitor outputs for brand voice accuracy, and refine prompts for systems like Client Project Management, Pitching, and Content Engines. System Documentation (SOPs): Every workflow you touch must be documented. You will create Looms and written SOPs for every recurring task to ensure a scalable, "ball-proof" operation. Content & Media Pipeline: Coordinate the production of articles & research, YouTube videos, and newsletters using tools like Claude, HeyGen, Eleven Labs, Higgsfield, and Canva. Community & Program Management: Manage the year long membership and Certification Program, including student support, session coordination, and Facebook Group engagement. Outreach & Follow-up: Oversee pitch systems for podcast guesting and sponsorships, ensuring a strict 7/14/21-day follow-up cadence and 100% email verification to prevent bounces.
