*Overview*
We are looking for a Demand Generation Execution Specialist to help activate and expand demand by turning existing lead sources into real conversations with school decision-makers.
Your role is not sales. You will not be closing deals or qualifying opportunities.
Instead, your job is to execute structured outreach systems that generate replies, estimate requests, and engagement signals from targeted leads.
You will work with curated and generate lead sources such as:
-Apollo lead lists
-LinkedIn Sales Navigator contacts
-Conference attendee lists
-Internal CRM databases
-Existing inbound leads
-Existing customers
Your goal is simple:
Increase the number of meaningful conversations entering our sales pipeline.
*What Success Looks Like*
You are successful in this role if we see:
-More leads in the pipeline
-More meaningful conversations with inbound leads
-More email replies from decision-makers
-Increased inbound conversation starts
-Reactivated leads that previously went cold
-Higher response rates across outreach channels
-Faster response time to engagement signals
This role focuses on conversation generation, not vanity metrics like opens or impressions.
*Responsibilities*
-Lead List Activation
You will receive curated lead lists and prepare them for outreach.
*Tasks include*
Data enrichment and validation (roles, districts, contact info) | Segmentation by role, district type, or use case | Preparing structured outreach lists | Multi-Channel Outreach Execution
You will execute coordinated outreach across multiple channels.
Examples include:
Email outreach sequences
LinkedIn touches to reinforce outreach
Follow-ups for non-responsive leads
Light account-based engagement for priority accounts
We prioritize human-first outreach, not spam automation.
AI-Assisted Personalization:
Use AI tools to create contextual outreach messages.

-referencing district initiatives
-multilingual learner programs
-instructional challenges
-curriculum initiatives
Lifecycle & Lead Reactivation
You will also activate existing demand in our systems by:
-re-engaging “not now” leads
-following up with previous prospects
-executing renewal or expansion-triggered outreach
-running lifecycle outreach campaigns
Signal Monitoring & Handoff
Your role includes surfacing engagement signals.
Examples:
-replies
-meeting requests
-profile views
-estimate requests
-inbound questions
You will surface these signals to the Sales team so they can take over the conversation.
You will not qualify or advance deals.

This role focuses strictly on demand activation.
You will not be responsible for:

-pricing discussions

-pipeline qualification
-forecasting
-closing deals
Those responsibilities remain with our Sales team.
