We are looking for an experienced AI chatbot specialist to support a digital marketing agency with implementing intelligent chatbots on websites. This role focuses on setting up, configuring, and deploying AI chatbots that improve customer engagement, automate common enquiries, and support lead generation. You should be comfortable installing chatbots on websites, connecting them to relevant data sources, and ensuring they function smoothly within the client’s digital ecosystem. Responsibilities • Install and configure AI chatbots on client websites • Integrate chatbots with website platforms and CMS systems • Connect chatbots to relevant knowledge sources, FAQs, or databases • Configure conversation flows and prompts for user interactions • Implement lead capture, booking, or enquiry workflows where required • Test chatbot functionality across devices and browsers • Monitor performance and refine responses for better engagement • Troubleshoot issues and ensure reliable performance after deployment Requirements • Experience implementing AI chatbots on websites • Familiarity with chatbot platforms such as Intercom, Drift, Tidio, ManyChat, Chatbase, Botpress, or similar tools • Ability to integrate chatbots with websites using scripts, APIs, or plugins • Experience configuring conversational logic and prompt structures • Understanding of lead capture workflows and customer interaction design • Ability to test and troubleshoot chatbot behaviour Nice to Have • Experience integrating chatbots with CRM systems or marketing platforms • Experience working with digital marketing agencies • Knowledge of OpenAI, LLM-powered chatbots, or custom AI assistants To Apply Please include: • Examples of websites where you have implemented AI chatbots • The platforms or tools you typically use • A short explanation of how you approach chatbot setup and optimisation
