Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Event Sponsorship Sales Professional who can begin immediately. This role requires someone who has a proven track record securing sponsors for events and who is also an expert in GoHighLevel (GHL).
You will help secure sponsorships for upcoming live events and manage outreach and tracking inside GoHighLevel. This is a hands-on sales role that requires confidence, organization, and strong follow-through.

If you are not an expert in GoHighLevel (GHL) and do not have real experience selling event sponsorships, please do not apply.
Availability Requirements:
Must be available Monday through Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST
Must be able to start immediately
Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential event sponsors
Conduct direct outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone)
Manage sponsorship pipeline inside GoHighLevel
Schedule and coordinate sponsor meetings
Track leads, conversations, and deals in GHL
Close sponsorship packages for upcoming events
Maintain clear communication with the internal team
Required Experience:
Proven success selling event sponsorships
Advanced GoHighLevel (GHL) experience
Strong sales communication skills
Comfortable with outbound outreach and follow-up
Organized and able to manage a sales pipeline
Nice to Have:
Experience selling sponsorships for conferences, speaking events, or community events
Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach strategies
CRM pipeline management experience
