Overview We are looking for a Growth Operator with proven experience scaling B2B SaaS funnels. This is not a traditional marketing role. The focus of this position is revenue growth through funnel design, experimentation, and conversion optimization. You will work directly with the internal leadership team and an existing marketing lead responsible for partnerships, brand, and day-to-day coordination. Your responsibility is to design and optimize the acquisition and conversion engine. This role is suited for someone who has previously improved customer acquisition funnels, onboarding conversion, and revenue growth for SaaS products. Core Responsibilities 1. Funnel Design & Optimization Audit the current user acquisition funnel Identify drop-off points in the signup → conversion journey Design improvements to increase activation and paid conversion 2. Growth Experimentation Design and run weekly growth experiments Test acquisition channels Optimize landing pages and messaging Identify scalable customer acquisition channels 3. Conversion Rate Optimization Improve signup completion Improve onboarding activation Increase free → paid conversion rate 4. Analytics & Reporting Implement or improve funnel tracking Monitor key metrics such as: CAC (customer acquisition cost) signup conversion rate activation rate free → paid conversion Provide weekly reporting with clear insights and next steps 5. Collaboration Work alongside the existing marketing lead Provide strategic direction for execution tasks Help prioritize high-impact growth initiatives Expected Outcomes Within the first 60–90 days, the goal is to achieve measurable improvements in: user acquisition efficiency funnel conversion rates onboarding completion revenue from new users Deliverables include: documented funnel analysis prioritized growth experiment roadmap implementation of tracking metrics measurable improvements in conversion performance Required Experience Applicants must demonstrate experience with: B2B SaaS growth acquisition funnels conversion rate optimization growth experimentation frameworks product-led growth models Experience with marketplace platforms or founder/startup audiences is a strong advantage.
