Description We are a U.S.-based supply and logistics company supporting airport restaurant operators across multiple U.S. cities. We are looking for an experienced operations workflow specialist to help us properly structure and automate our internal systems using Front and Asana. Our goal is to organize our existing tools build a clean operational flow that captures incoming communication, organizes work, and ensures tasks are routed to the right team members without relying on manual follow-up. Key responsibilities • Design a structured ticketing and tagging system in Front • Set up automations and routing rules in Front • Connect Front workflows to Asana task creation • Build a clear task structure and project organization in Asana • Help define operational workflows for sales follow-ups, orders, logistics coordination, and customer onboarding • Ensure information from meetings and emails flows into tasks automatically Tools Front Asana Google Workspace Ideal experience • Experience designing operational workflows for growing companies • Strong experience with Front Customer Service inbox automation and tagging • Strong experience with Asana project structure and task management • Experience connecting communication tools with task systems Project scope Initial system design and setup, followed by documentation and guidance so our team can maintain the system internally.
