The Opportunity Our Salesforce practice is expanding rapidly as enterprises push hard on agentic AI and modern data foundations. This is an end-to-end leadership role reporting directly to the CEO: you will own pre-sales and delivery to ensure continuity, close alignment, and long-term client trust. Current traction: 4 active enterprise engagements across med-tech, manufacturing, education, and clean-tech; 7-figure qualified pipeline; established Salesforce AE co-selling partnerships; and an existing delivery team ready for you to lead and scale. Why Join Now • Direct CEO reporting line: Shape strategy and practice direction with direct visibility to company leadership — no layers • End-to-end ownership: Full accountability from first discovery call through go-live — rare in larger firms where pre-sales and delivery are split • Frontier work: Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Tableau implementations at the cutting edge of agentic CRM — not legacy admin or support work • Build something: Shape the Salesforce practice from the ground up — team, methodology, playbooks, and standards • Compensation reflects scarcity: Top-quartile pay because this profile is rare and we are serious about finding the right person MLVeda | Salesforce Practice Leader Confidential CONFIDENTIAL What You Will Do Pre-Sales and Deal Support (~40%) • Lead discovery with US stakeholders; translate ambiguity into a clear problem statement and success metrics • Design solution architecture and integration approach; define scope boundaries, assumptions, and risks • Produce defensible estimates (staffing plan, timeline, QA approach); support proposal and SOW development • Participate in demos and POCs as needed, especially around Data Cloud, Agentforce concepts, and Tableau Delivery Leadership (~30%) • Serve as architecture authority and escalation point; unblock teams and protect the quality bar • Run delivery governance: milestones, change control, release planning, and stakeholder communications • Ensure what is sold is what is delivered; manage scope without eroding trust • Drive predictable execution, stable go-lives, and effective adoption and handover Hands-On Architecture and Team Building (~30%) • Stay hands-on with architecture, design reviews, and complex technical decisions • Coach and develop engineers; raise standards for design, testing, documentation, and client communication • Create reusable patterns: reference architectures, estimation templates, runbooks, and delivery playbooks • Partner with the CEO on practice growth: offerings, delivery approach, and talent plan What Success Looks Like First 3 Months • Lead discovery and solutioning on 3+ qualified opportunities • Close 2+ deals with architecture you designed • Deliver first engagement with 90%+ client satisfaction • Hire and onboard 2–3 engineers to the team First 6 Months • Team at 5–6 people with an established delivery rhythm • Repeatable estimation and governance framework in place • Recognized by Salesforce AE partners as the go-to for complex deals • Clients experience continuity from first call through steady-state delivery; trust compounds over time MLVeda | Salesforce Practice Leader Confidential CONFIDENTIAL Required Experience and Capabilities • 8–10 years total experience across CRM / enterprise platforms • 5+ years hands-on Salesforce with leadership on multi-workstream, integration-heavy deliveries • Pre-sales ownership: discovery, architecture, estimation, and proposal/SOW inputs • Comfort across modern Salesforce plus data, analytics, and AI adjacency (Data Cloud / Data 360, Tableau, Agentforce) • Strong integration patterns (APIs, middleware) and an engineering mindset toward reliability and observability • Ability to operate credibly with US stakeholders; crisp written communication and structured thinking Soft Skills (Non-Negotiable) • Single-threaded ownership: Takes responsibility for outcomes end-to-end and communicates early with options • Trust builder: Calm, transparent, and direct; handles ambiguity without drama • High-signal communicator: Concise, structured, and precise in writing and speech; runs effective meetings • Player-coach: Leads by doing, mentors others, and raises the team’s standards
