ClickFunnels Funnel Builder + Go High Level Integration Specialist Health & Fitness Coaching Company | Upwork Contract | Remote Overview We are a high performance health and fitness coaching company looking for a seasoned funnel builder and marketing strategist who can take a project from concept to completion without hand holding. You will design and build high converting sales funnels in ClickFunnels and connect them directly to Go High Level (GHL) for CRM management, automated outreach, and lead nurturing. This is not a role for someone who does average work. We move fast, we hold high standards, and we expect the same from every contractor we bring on. If you have a habit of sloppy execution or need constant check ins to stay on task, this is not the right opportunity. But if you take pride in your craft, work with precision, and are ready to grow alongside a driven team, there is a lot of runway here. What You'll Be Building A complete end to end funnel ecosystem in ClickFunnels that feeds directly into Go High Level, where leads are tracked, segmented, and followed up with automatically based on their behavior and stage in the funnel. ClickFunnels Responsibilities Design and build high converting funnel pages including opt in pages, sales pages, VSLs, order forms, upsell and downsell pages, and thank you pages. Write or refine copy based on our offer, audience, and direct response principles. Set up proper integrations between ClickFunnels and GHL so all form submissions and user data pass cleanly into the CRM. Optimize pages for conversion including layout, load speed, and mobile responsiveness. Implement tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and any required analytics setup. Go High Level Responsibilities Configure pipelines and stages to accurately track leads through the full sales process. Build automations and workflows triggered by user actions inside the funnel such as opt ins, purchases, page visits, and form submissions. Set up SMS and email sequences that deploy based on where a contact is in the funnel or pipeline. Ensure tags, custom fields, and contact records are organized, clean, and accurately reflect lead behavior. Set up two way SMS and email communication where applicable. Build out internal notifications and task assignments for the sales team. Relevant Experience We're Looking For Because we operate in the health and fitness coaching space, we want to see examples of direct response funnels you have built. Relevant funnel types include lead magnet funnels such as free guides, quizzes, video series, and challenge opt ins. Direct response funnels including VSL funnels, webinar funnels, and long form sales pages. Break even and self liquidating offer funnels. Application funnels for high ticket coaching programs. Tripwire and low ticket offer funnels. Upsell and order bump flows. Bonus points if your examples are in the health, fitness, weight loss, or coaching niche. Who We're Looking For Hands on experience building funnels in ClickFunnels 2.0 is strongly preferred. You are highly proficient in Go High Level including workflows, pipelines, automations, two way SMS and email, custom fields, and tags. You can think strategically about funnel flow and not just execute tasks you understand the why behind the structure. You have a direct response mindset and understand lead temperature, nurture sequencing, and how to move someone from cold prospect to paying client. You have sharp attention to detail and understand that broken links, misaligned automations, and sloppy copy are not acceptable. You communicate clearly, provide updates proactively, and can work independently. Performance Expectations We hold a high standard and expect you to hold the same for yourself. Sloppy work, missed details, broken automations, poor formatting, or unclear logic will not be tolerated and will not lead to a long term engagement.
