Hi Robert,
I'm looking for an experienced DTC email marketer who specialises in Omnisend for e-commerce to help optimise my email system.
This is not a monthly management role, but more of a one-time setup and optimisation project to build a high-performing email structure that can run mostly on autopilot.
About the store:
• E-commerce brand
• ~12,000 email subscribers currently
• Growing by around 100 new subscribers per day
• Using Omnisend for email/sms marketing
What I'm looking to build / optimise:
• High-converting Welcome Flow
• Abandoned Cart / Abandoned Checkout flows
• Post-purchase flows
• Customer segmentation
• Proper automation structure
I would also like to segment users based on the angle/problem they came from in the ads, using UTM parameters from ads so we can tailor messaging depending on what initially resonated with them.
For example, someone who clicked an ad focused on bloating could receive slightly different messaging than someone coming from a wrinkle problem.
Another important part of this project is crafting strong DTC emails that actually convert, not just setting up the flows.
So I’m specifically looking for someone who can:
• Write problem-aware and outcome-focused emails
• Use direct response style copywriting
• Create beautifully designed emails that still prioritise conversion
• Structure emails that drive clicks and revenue, not just branding
Our current emails are quite basic and not converting as well as they should, so improving the copy + structure of the emails is a big priority.
