Danhov Jewelry – Ecommerce Growth Marketer Job Title: Ecommerce Growth Marketer (Luxury Jewelry Funnels + Klaviyo + Conversion Optimization) Company: Danhov Jewelry Location: Remote About Danhov Danhov is a luxury engagement ring brand known for its patented designs, sculptural craftsmanship, and distinctive Abbraccio swirl aesthetic. Our rings typically range from $5,000–$20,000+ and represent one of the most meaningful purchases in our customers’ lives. Our goal is to build a modern digital growth engine that converts online attention into qualified engagement ring buyers. We are looking for an Ecommerce Growth Marketer who understands how to design and optimize the full customer journey: Content → Lead Capture → Email Nurture → Consultation → Sale This role is not about simply running ads or posting on social media. We are looking for someone who understands how high-ticket ecommerce products are sold through storytelling, lifecycle marketing, and strategic funnel design. Role Overview You will be responsible for building and optimizing the marketing systems that turn website visitors into qualified leads and engagement ring buyers. The ideal candidate understands luxury ecommerce, lifecycle marketing, and how to build funnels that move customers from inspiration to consultation to purchase. Key Responsibilities Funnel & Growth Strategy • Build and optimize Danhov’s ecommerce sales funnel • Convert website traffic into qualified engagement ring buyers • Design consultation-driven funnels for high-ticket jewelry purchases Lead Generation • Develop lead capture systems including: • ring style quizzes • proposal planning guides • landing pages • email capture funnels Email & Lifecycle Marketing • Design and manage Klaviyo email and SMS automation flows Examples may include: • proposal planning nurture sequences • abandoned browse and cart flows • engagement-to-wedding lifecycle campaigns • post-purchase referral programs Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) • Improve website conversion rates through testing and optimization This includes optimizing: • landing pages • product pages • lead forms • checkout funnels • Run A/B tests and analyze visitor behavior to improve performance. Content & Traffic Conversion • Collaborate with content creators to convert social media traffic into leads • Build funnels capturing traffic from platforms such as: • Instagram • TikTok • YouTube • Pinterest Paid Advertising Support • Support paid advertising campaigns with strong funnel strategy Platforms may include: • Meta Ads • Google Ads • YouTube Ads Focus should be on converting traffic into leads and consultations, not just generating clicks. LinkedIn & Professional Brand Responsibilities • Audit and optimize Danhov’s LinkedIn presence to improve brand credibility and professional visibility • Develop a LinkedIn content strategy focused on: • luxury craftsmanship • brand storytelling • jewelry design insights • behind-the-scenes production • customer proposal stories • Optimize the company LinkedIn page for: • hiring • partnerships • retailer relationships • Help position Danhov as a leading voice in luxury engagement ring design within the jewelry industry. B2C and B2B Growth Responsibility This role includes both direct-to-consumer (B2C) marketing and business-to-business (B2B) growth. Danhov sells engagement rings directly to consumers online while also partnering with independent jewelry retailers and luxury stores across the United States. The ideal candidate understands how to build marketing systems that support both customer sales and retail partner growth. B2C Responsibilities (Direct-to-Consumer) • Build marketing funnels that convert website visitors into engagement ring buyers • Develop lead capture systems such as quizzes, proposal guides, and landing pages • Manage email lifecycle marketing using Klaviyo • Optimize website conversion rates and customer journeys • Support paid advertising funnels for high-ticket engagement rings • Turn social media traffic into qualified consultations and ring purchases B2B Responsibilities (Retail Partner Growth) • Support marketing initiatives that attract new jewelry retail partners • Help generate qualified leads from jewelry stores interested in carrying Danhov • Create marketing materials and content that communicate Danhov’s value to retailers • Assist with outreach campaigns targeting independent jewelry stores, bridal boutiques, and luxury retailers • Help position Danhov as a leading luxury engagement ring brand for both consumers and retail partners Candidates should have experience marketing to both consumers and business partners, and understand the different strategies required for B2C ecommerce growth and B2B partnership development. Required Experience Applicants must have experience with the following: • Ecommerce growth marketing for DTC brands • Klaviyo email marketing and lifecycle automation • Conversion rate optimization (CRO) • Funnel strategy and landing page optimization • Shopify, Magento, or similar ecommerce platforms • Marketing high-ticket ecommerce products ($1,000+) • Paid advertising experience (Meta / Google) • Building quiz funnels or lead generation systems • Consultation-based ecommerce funnels • Marketing luxury, jewelry, bridal, or premium consumer products • Understanding how content, email, and paid media work together in a growth funnel U.S. Market Experience Requirement Candidates must have experience marketing to the United States market, particularly in ecommerce or luxury consumer products. This role requires a strong understanding of: • American consumer buying psychology • High-ticket online purchases ($3,000–$20,000+) • Engagement ring and wedding purchasing behavior • U.S. proposal culture and relationship milestones • Luxury brand positioning and emotional storytelling The ideal candidate understands how American customers move through a high-consideration purchase journey: Social Media / Content → Trust Building → Email Nurture → Consultation → Purchase Successful candidates will understand how to market to customers who: • conduct extensive research before buying • compare multiple jewelry brands • want emotional storytelling behind purchases • often involve partners or family in decisions • respond strongly to reviews, testimonials, and proposal stories Experience marketing products tied to life milestones such as engagement, weddings, anniversaries, or luxury gifts is highly valued. AI Marketing & Automation Requirements Applicants must be comfortable using modern AI tools to accelerate marketing execution and experimentation. Examples include: • Using AI tools to generate and test marketing content (ads, landing pages, email campaigns) • Using AI for research, competitor analysis, and marketing insights • Leveraging AI-assisted design and creative tools • Using AI tools to analyze customer behavior and marketing performance data • Implementing AI-assisted workflows that improve marketing speed and experimentation Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, AI video tools, or similar platforms is required.
