Job Title: Backend & AI Infrastructure Engineer | OpenClaw Deployment & Agent Development Project Overview We are looking for a skilled Freelance Engineer to help scale and refine our OpenClaw infrastructure. The primary goal is to build a robust environment for hosting internal documentation and deploying specialized AI agents that assist our sales team with technical, administrative, and logistical queries. Our system must prioritize data security and ensure that agents interact strictly with internal datasets (RAG) without leaking or utilizing external public data. Key Responsibilities • Infrastructure Setup: Configure and optimize the OpenClaw environment for high reliability and performance. • Agent Development: Build and fine-tune AI agents capable of parsing complex technical and logistical documents. • RAG Pipeline Optimization: Implement and maintain a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system to ensure agents provide accurate, document-based responses. • Data Security: Ensure the infrastructure is "air-gapped" from general web searches to maintain strict reliance on internal sources. • System Integration: Assist in connecting the OpenClaw backend with our existing sales team workflows. Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience with OpenClaw or similar open-source LLM orchestration frameworks. • Deep understanding of Vector Databases (ChromaDB, Pinecone, or Weaviate) and embedding models. • Strong proficiency in Python and backend API development (FastAPI/Flask). • Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for infrastructure deployment. • Familiarity with building sales-enablement tools or technical support bots is a plus.
