Here's What We've Already Built So you understand the kind of work involved, here are two examples from the last couple weeks. Client Onboarding Flow When a client fills out our onboarding form, it goes straight into Make.com. Based on their answers, different tasks get created in their workspace through routing logic. After the tasks are set up, the flow pulls from Foreplay.io to check if they have run ads before. It also checks every competitor they listed to see if those competitors are currently running Facebook ads. Then it runs a location analysis and a competitor analysis. All of it gets dropped into ClickUp inside the right document templates automatically. AI-Driven GHL Account Setup via Telegram This one triggers before the onboarding flow. When someone fills out the form, an SMS goes to the customer manager on Telegram. The manager then answers a series of questions that are being driven by AI. Based on those answers, the flow goes back and forth using the GHL API to build out the client's account using the right templates for that type of client. There are a lot of scenarios running in this one. It pulls from multiple sources, creates things on the fly, and has to handle different routing depending on the responses. That's the level of complexity we work with. Your First Project If this sounds like your kind of work, keep reading. The first thing we need built is a live tracking sheet in Google Sheets that connects Go High Level data and, if the client uses a separate CRM for billing like EasyPractice or Jane App, that too. Here is what it needs to do: • Every person who comes through a form gets logged • If they use a separate CRM and they pay, the sheet checks if that person is already in our funnel • If they are, their record updates and shows they converted • All the key metrics get calculated automatically, leads, conversion rate, marketing spend • Ad spend pulled from Facebook, or set as a static number if the budget is fixed The goal is one place where we can see everything and all KPIS Your favourite part of the description: Money One thing we want you to keep in mind this is not a one and done, if you deliver we will keep having you create new things and optimize on a weekly to bi weekly plan.
