Description We are building the internal automation infrastructure for an AI-powered services company focused on helping local and service-based businesses automate lead generation, sales, and client onboarding. We are looking for an experienced Automation Systems Architect who can design scalable workflow systems across CRM, AI tools, and automation platforms. This role is not just about building workflows. We need someone who can think at the systems architecture level and help design a clean automation foundation that can scale across multiple clients and use cases. You will work directly with the founder to translate business processes into structured automation systems. ⸻ Responsibilities Design automation architecture across: • CRM systems • AI workflows • lead intake systems • sales pipelines • onboarding flows • internal operational workflows You will help determine the best structure for: • pipelines • tags and fields • automation triggers • integrations between tools • documentation and SOP structure ⸻ Tools we currently use • GoHighLevel • Instantly • Apollo • Twilio • OpenAI Experience with automation platforms like Make, Zapier, or n8n is also valuable. ⸻ Test project Before a full engagement, we will start with a paid system audit of our current CRM and automation setup. The goal of this audit is to evaluate how you think about automation architecture and scalability.
