SaaS Sales Representative – AgreedNow (High Commission + Growth Potential) About the Role We are seeking hungry, high-performance Sales Representatives to drive growth for AgreedNow, a specialized SaaS platform built for agency owners and sales professionals. AgreedNow solves one of the biggest pain points in the B2B world: client ghosting. Our platform helps agencies force commitment up front and streamline the "handshake to contract" process so they never lose a lead after a verbal "yes." Responsibilities Total Creative Freedom: You have full autonomy over your sales process. You can use anything you like for getting sales—whether that is cold calling, LinkedIn automation, Reddit/community infiltration, cold email, or social selling. Lead Generation: Identify and prospect high-value agency owners and sales teams where they hang out. Closing: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to the subscription signup. Requirements Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, SaaS, or agency outreach. Sales DNA: You are comfortable handling objections and "asking for the sale." Self-Starter: You don't need a manager to tell you to send more DMs. You are motivated by results. Communication: understandable English skills. Compensation & Career Path Performance-Based Start: This role begins as a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. Path to Salary: This is not strictly a 100% commission-only role forever.
