I have a functional circuit diagram for a solar-powered monitoring and alarm system. I am looking for an experienced PCB Designer to transform this visual diagram into a professional, production-ready PCB design. Project Scope: Schematic Capture: Recreate the provided wiring diagram into professional EDA software (KiCad, Altium, or EasyEDA). PCB Layout: Design a compact, 2-layer (or 4-layer if necessary) PCB. Power Management: Ensure stable power delivery from the solar input through the LM2596 regulators to the ESP32 and SIM800L. Design for Manufacturing (DFM): Provide Gerber files, BOM (Bill of Materials), and CPL/Pick-and-Place files for assembly. Requirements: Proven experience with ESP32 and GSM/GPRS modules (SIM800L). Experience with solar charging circuits and power regulation. Knowledge of antenna placement and signal integrity for cellular/Wi-Fi modules. Deliverables: Schematic files. PCB Gerber files & Drill files. 3D Render of the board. BOM with part numbers (LCSC/Digi-Key).
