Good evening, We are currently looking for help setting up Pipedrive and wanted to see if this is something you can support with. If so, we’d be grateful if you could review the below and provide an idea of approach, scope and ballpark cost. About Boostbery Boostbery is a performance-led digital growth agency focused on helping ambitious brands grow through SEO, PPC, paid social, creative, websites, CRO and broader digital strategy. Up to now, much of our sales process has been founder-led and relationship-led. That has helped get the business to this stage, but as we grow and begin building out a proper sales team, we now want a CRM that can become the central system for managing opportunities and supporting a more structured sales process. We have chosen Pipedrive as the platform we want to build on, and are looking for an experienced consultant / implementation partner to help us get the setup right from the start. What we are looking to achieve In simple terms, we want a practical Phase 1 setup that helps us: track all leads in one place manage pipeline clearly improve follow-up capture leads from our website and ads into the CRM capture external email enquiries and route them into the CRM where possible automate simple tasks where it makes sense improve visibility on where opportunities sit build the right foundations for SDRs, AEs and a growing sales team We want to keep the initial setup lean and cost-effective, but build it properly so it can grow with us over time. What we would like help with At this stage, we would like support with: pipeline setup and structure lead capture from website forms, landing pages and paid campaigns source tracking simple automations auto-response emails for new enquiries task reminders and follow-up workflows reporting dashboards general advice on best practice We would also value guidance on what should sit within Phase 1 and what is better left until later. Main priorities for Phase 1 1. Lead capture We want leads from sources such as website forms, landing pages, Google Ads, referrals, manual enquiries and outbound prospecting to flow into Pipedrive properly and be tagged by source. 2. Pipeline setup We want a simple but effective pipeline that gives us visibility on where each opportunity sits. As a starting point, we are thinking along the lines of: New lead Contacted Discovery booked Discovery completed Proposal sent Follow-up Won Lost We are, of course, open to recommendations on the best structure. 3. Basic automation We would like to automate sensible tasks that save time and reduce leads slipping through the cracks, such as: automatic lead assignment follow-up task creation instant acknowledgement emails reminders where leads have not been followed up notifications for new enquiries Nothing too overcomplicated at this stage — just the basics done well. 4. Reporting We want a simple dashboard that helps us track: leads by source pipeline value deals won / lost follow-up activity conversion rates over time This is important both from a management point of view and in helping us understand how future sales hires are performing against targets. 5. Future growth While Phase 1 should stay lean, we do want the CRM to be built in a way that can later support: SDR workflows AE / closer workflows outbound sales activity LinkedIn outreach support call tracking more advanced automation better forecasting and reporting team training as we scale If some of this can be incorporated into Phase 1 easily and cost-effectively, we would definitely be open to that. What we would like back from you It would be great if you could come back to us with: your recommended Phase 1 setup what can be done natively in Pipedrive what may require third-party tools any suggestions for keeping the build lean and cost-effective ballpark costs estimated timeframe examples of similar work, if available We are keen to get this right, but equally do not want to overbuild too early. Our preference is to start with a clean, sensible setup that covers the essentials, then expand it as the sales process matures and the team grows. Thanks in advance, and I look forward to hearing from you.
