Company: Spot Digital Marketing Location: Remote Project Type: Ongoing / Part-Time About Us Spot Digital Marketing is a digital marketing agency working primarily with health, wellness, med spa, peptide, and ecommerce brands. We are actively integrating AI tools and automation systems into both our internal operations and our client marketing systems. We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist who can help us build and maintain these systems. This role focuses on implementing AI agents, building automation workflows, and integrating tools across multiple platforms. What You'll Be Doing AI Agent Setup • Install and configure AI Voice agents and AI Chatbots • Implement AI agents using Assistable.ai or similar platforms • Install AI chat and voice systems inside Go High Level and client websites • Test AI agents to ensure they respond correctly and perform well • Make improvements and adjustments over time Automation Development • Build automation workflows using Make (Integromat), Zapier, or similar platforms • Connect systems such as Go High Level, ClickUp, Slack, Google Sheets, and CRMs • Create automations that move data between platforms • Automate repetitive tasks across marketing, reporting, and internal operations Example automations may include: • Lead routing and notifications • Automated task creation • AI-generated summaries or responses • Client reporting workflows AI Workflow Optimization • Use ChatGPT or other AI tools inside automation workflows • Improve prompts and AI outputs • Test and optimize automation performance • Identify opportunities to automate additional processes System Maintenance • Monitor automations and ensure they run properly • Troubleshoot broken workflows • Update automations as systems evolve • Maintain existing automations for both our agency and clients Required Experience • Experience building automations using Make, Zapier, or similar tools • Experience integrating tools like Go High Level, ClickUp, Slack, Google Sheets, or CRMs • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or OpenAI in workflows • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability • Ability to build and maintain automation systems independently Nice to Have • Experience working with Assistable.ai or similar AI agent platforms • Experience installing AI Voice agents or AI chatbots • Experience working with webhooks and APIs • Experience working with marketing agencies or marketing tools Application Instructions To be considered, please include the following: Examples of automations you have built (brief description is fine) The automation tools you use most often (Make, Zapier, n8n, etc.) A short 2–3 minute video explaining why you would be a good fit for this role Confirmation if you have worked with Go High Level or AI agent platforms Please begin your application with the word “Automation” so we know you read the full post.
