We are looking for a developer to build an AI agent workflow that confirms e-commerce orders automatically. When a new order is created on my platform, an API webhook will trigger the workflow. The AI agent must contact the customer to confirm the order using: Voice call (most important) WhatsApp message The interaction must sound completely human, so the customer should not recognize that it is an AI agent. The agent should be able to: Confirm the order Allow the customer to correct information (address, quantity, etc.) Cancel the order if needed The workflow must then return the result via API (confirmed, cancelled, corrected). Scope I will provide all required accounts and access (for example Voiceflow, Twilio, or other tools). The developer’s role is only to build the workflow triggered by the API webhook. Low-cost and efficient solutions are preferred.
