I am looking for an experienced LinkedIn Content Strategist and Creator who can help translate my knowledge, insights, and experiences into high-quality LinkedIn content that builds authority and generates inbound opportunities from investors, operators, and business owners.
This role is not for basic social media management or generic motivational posts. I am looking for someone who understands B2B positioning, business strategy, and professional audiences.
The goal is to build a strong personal brand presence on LinkedIn that attracts meaningful conversations, partnerships, and deal opportunities.
Objectives of This Role
The objective of this role is to:
• Build a strong personal brand on LinkedIn
• Consistently publish thoughtful and insightful content
• Convert business knowledge and experiences into engaging content
• Position me as someone operating at the intersection of operations, private capital, and acquisitions
• Generate inbound opportunities from investors, family offices, operators, and business owners
Ultimately, the content should contribute to real business outcomes, including:
• Inbound leads
• Investor relationships
• Deal flow opportunities
• Professional visibility and authority
Scope of Work:
The freelancer will be responsible for helping research, plan, create, design, and publish LinkedIn content.
1. Content Research
Research content ideas based on:
• Similar LinkedIn profiles and competitors
• High-performing posts in my niche
• Industry insights and trends
• Topics relevant to business operations, private capital, and acquisitions
2. Content Strategy Development
Develop a structured content strategy for LinkedIn.
This includes:
• Weekly posting plan
• Content themes and pillars
• Post formats and distribution strategy
• Identifying topics that attract the right audience
Example content themes may include:
• Business operations and systems thinking
• AI and process optimization in companies
• Insights into acquisitions and private capital
• Succession-driven opportunities in businesses
• Observations about the business and investment ecosystem
• Case-style insights and frameworks
3. Content Creation
Convert ideas, notes, voice messages, and discussions into well-written LinkedIn content such as:
• Insightful text posts
• Educational posts
• Story-driven posts
• Thought leadership content
The content should:
• Be clear and engaging
• Avoid generic business clichés
• Reflect professional thinking and real experience
• Be written for a professional audience
4. Visual Content & Design
Design clean, minimalistic visual content that complements written posts.
This includes:
• LinkedIn carousels
• Infographics
• Framework visuals
• Educational slides
Design tools may include:
• Canva
• Figma
• Adobe tools (optional)
Design expectations:
• Clean
• Modern
• Minimalistic
• Professional
Not generic templates or low-quality designs.
5. Short-Form Video Editing (Optional but Preferred)
If possible, assist with editing short-form videos for LinkedIn.
This may include:
• simple editing
• adding captions
• formatting clips for LinkedIn
This is optional but considered a plus.
6. Publishing & Content Management
Assist with:
• Scheduling and posting content
• Maintaining consistency
• Organizing content calendar
Track and review performance metrics such as:
• engagement
• reach
• audience growth
Identify what types of content perform best and improve the strategy accordingly.
