We are seeking a Funnel Architect and Messaging Strategist to design and implement a structured, relationship-driven funnel system that supports our lead management and conversion process inside Pipedrive CRM. This role is strategic. We are not seeking landing page designers or advertising managers. This role is not about building a single landing-page funnel. We are looking for someone who can design an integrated funnel architecture that attracts the right prospects, guides them through a structured relationship process, and converts them into paid meetings, advisory engagements, and completed deals. Our work involves business owners, buyers, and professional partners. The funnel system must support a long-form trust-based sales process, not a quick transactional conversion. Responsibilities: • Design and implement multiple structured funnels for different prospect types (business owners, buyers, referral partners) • Architect and optimize Pipedrive pipelines and lead categorization • Create consistent messaging frameworks across email, SMS, phone outreach, and CRM sequences • Translate multiple outreach ideas into clear, structured funnel systems • Build processes that move prospects toward paid conversations and client engagement • Ensure funnel stages align with real-world relationship selling and deal flow • Provide strategic guidance and maintain structure when competing ideas arise Key Objective: The goal is to build funnels that attract the right prospects and move them toward proactive engagement, ultimately leading to paid advisory meetings and closed transactions. We are not looking for simple lead generation. We are building systems that cause the right prospects to actively pursue conversations because the value is clear. The ideal outcome is that qualified prospects enter the funnel, become educated about the value of the work, and ultimately pursue engagement on their own initiative.
