Description: We are looking for a skilled no-code developer to automate a matching process between suppliers of pro-bono work and recipients of that work. Suppliers share a set of preferences for the sorts of recipients they would like to support and recipients complete an application form sharing information about their business. We want to automate ‘matching’ of suppliers and recipients based on how well the preferences of the suppliers match with the details of the recipients. Data from the recipients comes in via Fillout alongside a pitch deck and an interview transcript in pdf format. Data from the suppliers currently comes in as a word doc but can be changed to a form format for ease. Project Scope: 1. Airtable Architecture: Set up a relational database with three core tables: [Recipients], [Suppliers], and a [Matches] junction table. 2. Logic Engine: Build an Airtable scoring formula to rank recipients based on supplier preferences (e.g., matching a "Series A" preference with a "Series A" recipient). 3. Fillout Integration: Sync existing Fillout forms to the new Airtable base so new applications populate automatically. Open to moving the existing Fillout form directly to Airtable for ease, as long as that form is embedded into our website and linked to our existing email automations. 4. Softr Portal Development: Build a secure login-protected portal for suppliers. 4a. Conditional Visibility: Suppliers should only see recipients that match their specific criteria and have been "vetted" by us. 4b. Dashboard View: A clean gallery of recipients including their pitch decks and information highlights. 5. Website Embedding: Assist in embedding the Softr portal and Fillout/Airtable forms into our existing website (Wix). Desired Skills: - Advanced Airtable (Linked records, Rollups, Logic Formulas). - Softr (User Groups, Conditional Visibility). - Zapier (for any automation glue).
