Goal: Turn Claude Cowork into a reliable “digital coworker” that handles lead management, personalized email outreach, follow-ups, and CRM updates automatically. Must-do tasks: Integrate Zoho CRM: pull leads, automatically segment warm vs cold (based on interaction history), and auto-update records after emails/replies. Set up Gmail/Google Workspace sender (custom domain email) — configure sending, tracking, compliance (unsubscribe, etc.) using Claude Cowork’s connectors or browser automation. Build 3 core automated sequences in Claude Cowork using the copy I’ll supply: – Warm nurture (5-7 steps) – Cold outreach (5-7 steps) – Demo follow-up (3-5 steps) You’ll handle wiring it up, adding personalization logic (pull name/company from Zoho), smart conditions, and scheduling.
