We are looking for an experienced AI and Azure Solutions Architect to help review and advise on an AI automation implementation for a client. The client is an Azure-based organization using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and is currently building internal AI-driven automation tools. The goal of this engagement is to evaluate what has already been built and advise on architecture, scalability, security, and best practices. This role will also help guide decisions around AI tools and integrations. Scope of Work You will assist our team with: • Reviewing existing code and architecture for AI-enabled automation workflows • Evaluating whether the current implementation is scalable, secure, and production-ready • Advising whether components should be hosted in Azure vs local/desktop environments • Reviewing form automation processes and AI integration approaches • Providing recommendations for Azure architecture and best practices • Conducting security and code quality reviews • Helping evaluate Voice AI solutions vs building custom solutions • Researching integrations with the client’s phone system (Genesys)
