The workflows to build: Incoming bills parsed from email, routed for one-click approval, then pushed into Xero automatically Progress payments triggered from Aroflo milestones, invoice generated and queued for client sign-off before dispatching Job acceptance in Aroflo triggers PandaDoc contract generation - on contract signing, initial invoice is automatically created in Xero Requirements: Proven experience with Xero API Experience with Aroflo API or similar CRM/field service platform Experience with PandaDoc API or document automation Strong error handling - this workflow touches client billing Clean, documented build ready for client handover Must be tested with real API sandbox environments before delivery Deliverables: All three workflows built and tested Loom walkthrough of each flow Full documentation including error states and how to handle edge cases To apply, describe your experience with Xero API specifically and link to any relevant work.
