Hi, I'm looking for a newsletter and community growth specialist to manage a premium B2B newsletter and developer community end-to-end — from strategy and design to launch and rapid growth. About the Project: We are launching a research-driven, premium-tier newsletter focused on the B2B AI SaaS and developer ecosystem. Topics include vibe coding, AI coding assistants, AI agents, workflow automation, RAG, LLM Ops, and AI tool stacks. The target audience is strictly B2B AI SaaS companies and software/AI developers. Alongside the newsletter, we are building a dedicated community for the same audience — making it the go-to place for B2B AI SaaS companies to reach and engage developers (think: what dev.to does for developer marketing, but as a dedicated high-trust community). This is not a generic newsletter project. Content must be premium, research-backed, and original. Everything will be planned and perfected before launch — no figuring things out on the go. What You'll Be Managing: - Full newsletter strategy — positioning, content pillars, publishing calendar - Newsletter platform setup and configuration (Beehiiv, Kit, or your recommendation) - Research-driven technical content production or management - Community platform setup and growth (Slack, Discord, Circle, or your recommendation) - Audience growth — organic, referral loops, viral mechanics - Monetization setup — sponsorships, paid tier, developer job board Who We're Looking For: - Your PRIMARY expertise must be newsletters — not a generalist agency - Experience growing newsletters in B2B SaaS, tech, or developer niche - Can demonstrate real growth results — subscriber numbers, open rates, monetization - Understands the developer audience and what makes them subscribe and stay - Pakistan-based strongly preferred - Can commit dedicated time and treat this as a priority project To Apply: Please send: 1.
