The Role: Outbound Sales Development We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Freelance SDR to lead our outbound efforts and convert prospects into high-value clients. This is not a "passive" role; you will be the engine of our top-of-funnel growth, identifying key stakeholders and opening doors for our sales team. Core Responsibilities: Targeted Outreach: Execute rigorous outbound campaigns via cold calling, strategic emailing, and persistent follow-ups. Lead Generation: Leverage your existing network and databases to engage companies within the Construction and Architecture (AEC) sectors—specifically those utilizing AutoCAD, Revit, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). Data Repository Targeting: Identify and pitch organizations using Egnyte as their primary data repository. CRM Management: Full ownership of lead management within HubSpot, including configuring workflows, setting up automation, and transitioning qualified leads to the Sales team. Requirements & Qualifications The "Database" Advantage: The ideal candidate brings their own access to industry-specific databases or a deep network within the AEC and cloud storage sectors. HubSpot Power User: Professional proficiency in HubSpot is mandatory. You must be comfortable managing complex pipelines and automation.
