We are looking for a strong, detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to help coordinate multiple software development projects. You will work directly with the founder, developers, and occasionally clients to ensure projects move forward efficiently and nothing falls through the cracks. This role is execution-focused. Your job is to keep everyone aligned, organized, and accountable. The founder is highly technical and involved in architecture and product decisions. Your role is to translate discussions into clear tasks, manage progress, and keep the team moving. Typical Projects Our stack includes projects such as: Laravel applications WordPress / WooCommerce platforms React / Next.js interfaces API integrations AI and automation tools Docker-based development environments You do not need to code, but you must be comfortable managing technical software projects. Responsibilities Turn discussions and feature ideas into clear developer tickets Track development progress and follow up with developers when needed Identify blockers early and push issues toward resolution Keep the founder informed on progress, risks, and delays Coordinate releases and testing Ensure requirements are clearly documented Keep projects organized across multiple contributors Maintain structured communication between client, founder, and developers What We Are Looking For You are someone who: Has real experience managing software development projects Is comfortable around GitHub, pull requests, and development workflows Understands how developers work and how features move from idea → deployment Is organized and proactive Is not afraid to follow up and push tasks forward Writes clear documentation and tickets Communicates clearly and directly Important This is not a virtual assistant role and not a marketing PM position. You should already have experience managing: developers technical projects software releases Initial Scope 10–20 hours per week Long-term potential Work directly with founder and development team
