I run a marketing consultancy producing repeatable quarterly content streams for multiple clients (and my own LinkedIn). I do the ideation and quarterly planning manually.
I want an n8n workflow that turns my planned content calendar into high-quality LinkedIn post drafts (human review only, no auto-posting).
What I need
- Build an n8n automation that reads planned posts from Google Sheets
- Use a per-client Context Pack (ICP, tone of voice, do/don’t rules, formatting rules)
- Use a per-client Style Library of past posts (examples) to match voice and reduce generic output
- Support multiple clients via a client config table (no duplicating workflows per client)
Inputs
- Google Sheets rows containing the planned post details
- Per-client Context Pack
- Per-client Library of past posts
- Anything else suggested to improve output
Outputs (written back to Google Sheets)
- 3 LinkedIn post variants (A/B/C), ideally using different best writing models
- Optional: 3 alternative hooks per post
- Suggested CTA line and minimal hashtags (if applicable)
- QA / rules check results for each variant (score + pass/fail + reasons)
Quality target
- The goal is consistent 70–80%+ first drafts so editor can pick the best variant and polish
Important
- No auto-posting. Everything must go through human review/editing
- Structured outputs preferred (JSON/schema) so results are reliable
- Basic logging + retries/error handling so it runs repeatedly without babysitting
- Improves over time through iteration and feedback of the editor
Working style (partner dynamic)
- I want a collaborative partner dynamic where we build this together so I understand what’s being done and why, and I can own/improve it long-term
- You should explain the architecture and key decisions as we go (short notes are fine)
Future work (separate project after this)
- After social is working, we will do a separate project to build a similar workflow for SEO blog writing / optimisation
- Please mention in your proposal if you’d be interested in continuing to Phase 2
In your proposal, please include
- A price estimate and timeline
- How you would structure this so I can add new clients without duplicating workflows
- Examples of similar n8n + LLM automations you’ve built (screenshots or a short Loom if possible)
- Your approach to QA/rules checking and how you’d keep outputs consistent using the Style Library
- How open you are to the partner dynamic / whether that sits well with your workflow.
