Summary Project Overview We are launching a high-ticket coaching funnel designed to generate booked strategy calls for exam candidates. Traffic will be driven from Meta Platforms Ads to a landing page built in Lovable website funnel. Users will book calls through Calendly, and we want to ensure accurate tracking and optimization toward booked calls. We need a specialist to implement full funnel tracking architecture and campaign setup so Meta can optimize for the correct conversion event. This is not a basic Facebook Ads management role — we are looking for someone with experience in high-ticket call funnels and advanced tracking setups. Objectives Primary goal: Generate booked calls at the lowest cost possible Tracking must allow Meta to optimize for: Schedule event (booked call) Scope of Work 1. Tracking Setup Implement the full tracking architecture including: Meta Pixel installation Conversions API setup server-side event tracking event deduplication Events to track: PageView ViewContent Schedule Tracking must work across: Landing page Calendly booking Confirmation page 2. Booking Funnel Tracking Configure booking flow tracking including: Calendly redirect after booking conversion event firing on confirmation page server event via Supabase Goal: Meta receives reliable booking conversion signals 3. Retargeting Infrastructure Create retargeting audiences including: Landing page visitors Calendly visitors who didn’t book Booked calls (exclusion) 4. Meta Campaign Setup Create campaign structure optimized for: Schedule event (booked calls) Setup should include: campaign ad sets creative testing retargeting campaigns 5.
