We’re a fast-growing marketing agency selling AI automation solutions and digital services (websites, SEO, ads). We’re looking for an experienced Sales Operator / SDR Manager to build and lead outbound sales teams from scratch.
Your role:
Design and implement the outbound sales process
Recruit, train, and manage SDRs
Oversee multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
Track KPIs and optimize performance
Drive appointment bookings that lead to high-value deals
We need someone who:
Has built and scaled SDR teams before (3+ SDRs)
Understands appointment setting and sales pipeline management
Can coach SDRs to hit weekly / monthly targets
Is results-driven and comfortable with remote work
Compensation:
Base: £600-1000/month (for the manager role)
Performance incentives: per qualified appointment booked + 3–5% of revenue from closed deals
SDRs under your management will have base + per-meeting bonuses
