We are looking for a hands-on operator to assess and improve our current paid ad campaigns, organize our revenue operations, and optimize our ad pages, landing pages, and workflows for stronger conversion and ROAS. This role combines RevOps, paid media optimization, conversion rate optimization, and workflow design. The right candidate should be able to review campaign structure, identify inefficiencies, improve targeting and performance, strengthen landing page conversion, and help build a more organized and measurable GTM system. Key areas of work include: auditing current paid ad campaigns and identifying optimization opportunities improving campaign structure, tracking, and reporting reviewing and optimizing current ads, ad pages, and landing pages improving conversion rates and dialing in ROAS building high-converting workflows and lead handling processes helping organize our RevOps structure across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Channel creating dashboards, automation, and reporting that improve visibility and execution The ideal candidate has experience in: paid media campaign optimization conversion rate optimization ROAS improvement landing page best practices revenue operations / CRM workflow design automation tools and reporting systems B2B SaaS or technology companies We want someone who is analytical, organized, automation-minded, and strong at turning campaigns, funnels, and workflows into measurable business results.
