Our platform connects consumer engagement data to real-time purchase behavior, enabling brands to deliver relevant messaging across platforms such as Meta and Google. Role Overview We are seeking a Fractional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide strategic and technical leadership for our live AI-driven marketing platform. The platform is operational and managed by distributed global teams. The CTO will guide ongoing development, ensure architectural stability and scalability, and help lead the next phase of innovation. This is initially a part-time leadership role, ideal for an experienced technology leader who enjoys building and scaling modern AI-driven platforms. The position may evolve into a full-time CTO role as the company grows. Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for the platform Oversee platform architecture built around Snowflake and AI-driven applications Guide development and deployment of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI models for consumer segmentation, personalization, and campaign automation Manage and coordinate distributed development teams across multiple regions Ensure platform scalability, performance, and data integrity as the platform grows Work closely with product and marketing teams to translate business objectives into technical solutions Oversee integrations with ad publishing platforms and marketing ecosystems (Meta, Google, programmatic channels) Establish engineering best practices, security protocols, and technical documentation standards Evaluate new technologies and AI capabilities to enhance the platform’s competitive advantage Required Qualifications Proven experience serving as CTO, Technical Architect, or Senior Engineering Leader in a data-driven technology company Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar modern cloud data warehouses Deep understanding of AI/ML systems and data-driven applications Experience implementing or managing Generative AI applications Experience working with distributed or freelance development teams Strong understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and scalable cloud architectures Ability to operate in a startup or high-growth environment
