We are a growing digital reputation and technology company seeking an experienced Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist to build and optimize the systems that power our marketing and sales pipeline.
Our company already has a strong operational foundation. What we now seek is the person who can connect that foundation, and build a data-driven revenue engine.
This role will focus on improving our sales funnel visibility, outreach performance, and lead conversion systems. We are looking for someone who thinks like a systems architect for revenue.
Responsibilities include:
• Build dashboards and reporting inside our CRM to track the full funnel (leads, replies, calls, conversions, revenue)
• Analyze cold email campaign performance and improve open, reply, and conversion rates
• Develop lead scoring systems to prioritize high-value prospects
• Design and implement CRM automations and pipeline workflows
• Improve sales pipeline structure and reporting
• Work with our SDR and sales teams to optimize outreach cadence and follow-up systems
• Identify bottlenecks in the marketing → sales → onboarding pipeline
• Recommend tools and process improvements that increase efficiency and conversion
Preferred Experience:
• Revenue Operations or Sales Operations experience
• CRM systems (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar)
• Cold email analytics and deliverability optimization
• Funnel analytics and reporting
• Automation tools (Zapier, Make, Clay, Apollo, etc.)
• Experience supporting outbound sales teams
Ideal Candidate:
• Analytical and systems-oriented
• Comfortable working with data and dashboards
• Experienced in outbound sales environments
• Able to design processes rather than just execute tasks
• Interested in long-term collaboration
Project Scope:
Initial engagement will focus on auditing our existing systems and implementing improvements. If successful, this could become an ongoing role helping us scale our revenue operations.
