I need a reliable virtual assistant to extract data from an online property management portal and organise it into a structured Excel spreadsheet. The task is simple but requires attention to detail. You will go through pages of repair reports and copy specific information into a spreadsheet. Scope of Work There are approximately: • 7 pages of “In Progress” reports (10 per page) • 64 pages of “Completed” reports (10 per page) • 3 pages of “Reported” reports (10 per page) Total approx 700–750 reports. Each report must be opened and the relevant data copied into Excel. Information to capture For each report please record: • Issue Reference Number • Category (e.g. lighting, pests, heating etc) • Status (Reported / In Progress / Completed) • Date Reported • Reported By • Location / Building • Description of issue • Any notes or messages • Date resolved (if available) • Time taken to resolve • Screenshot or copy of any important notes Output A clean Excel or Google Sheets file with one row per report.
