Sales & Marketing AI Consultant (HubSpot Focus) Contract / Project-Based We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing AI Consultant to help design and implement an AI-enabled revenue workflow, from prospect identification through to deal close. This role will focus on applying AI to improve prospecting, lead qualification, sales workflows, and marketing automation, with HubSpot as the central platform. The goal is to develop a practical, scalable strategy that integrates HubSpot’s AI capabilities with complementary AI tools to streamline revenue operations and improve conversion. About Us We are a HubSpot Partner consultancy specialising in HubSpot implementations, CRM optimisation, and marketing automation for B2B organisations. We work across a variety of industries and are looking to embed AI more deeply into our sales and marketing processes. Scope of Work The consultant will work with us to design and recommend an AI-supported go-to-market workflow, including: 1. Prospect Identification AI-assisted ideal customer profile (ICP) refinement Identifying companies and contacts that match target criteria Recommendations for tools and workflows to support AI-powered prospect discovery Integration with HubSpot where relevant 2. Lead Qualification & Enrichment AI-assisted enrichment of company and contact data Automating lead qualification signals Scoring and prioritisation models Data quality and enrichment strategies 3. Outreach & Engagement AI-assisted personalised outreach workflows Use of HubSpot AI tools for email, content and messaging Recommendations for additional tools to support prospecting and engagement 4. Sales Pipeline Optimisation AI-supported pipeline management Deal qualification frameworks Sales workflow automation 5. Tooling & Architecture Evaluate and recommend complementary tools that integrate with HubSpot Document the recommended AI stack Provide a clear implementation roadmap Deliverables Recommended AI-enabled sales and marketing workflow Tool stack recommendations and integration approach Documentation outlining workflows and automation opportunities Strategic guidance on implementing AI within HubSpot Required Experience Strong experience with HubSpot CRM Familiarity with HubSpot AI tools (Content Assistant, ChatSpot, AI email generation, etc.) Experience implementing AI workflows in sales or marketing operations Understanding of B2B prospecting and pipeline management Ability to recommend and evaluate complementary AI tools Ideal Experience Experience with tools such as Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar prospecting platforms Familiarity with AI enrichment and research workflows Experience designing AI-assisted sales processes Previous work with HubSpot partner agencies or RevOps teams Engagement Initial strategy engagement (short-term project) Potential for ongoing advisory or implementation work If interested, please include: Examples of AI-driven sales or marketing workflows you have designed Tools you have implemented alongside HubSpot A short overview of how you approach AI-enabled prospecting and pipeline management
