We are the founders of a B2B SaaS application (React Native Frontend / Golang Backend) designed to help restaurant managers train servers. The base application is built; we are now hiring a Full-Stack developer to integrate an AI-driven testing and grading engine. Scope of Work: 1) Automated Generation: System must automatically generate tests based on a manager's schedule (e.g., Weekly), pulling questions equally from menu categories (Appetizers, Mains, etc.). 2) 1-10 Star AI Grading: The AI (OpenAI/Gemini) must grade the server's typed answer against the database's factual description. It will output a 1-10 Star score (10 = perfect match, 1 = completely wrong). The final test score is the median of all question grades. 3) Manager Dashboard: Store test results and display them on the manager's performance UI. 4) Adjustable Prompting: A manager UI slider to adjust the AI's grading strictness. How We Work (Crucial for Budget Protection): We DO NOT do hourly contracts. This project will be strictly paid via Fixed-Price Milestones. You will only be paid when a functional, tested feature is delivered and verified on our end. Proposed Project Milestones: Milestone 1: Environment Setup & The Bug "Punch List". (You will clone our GitLab repo, run the app locally, and fix a provided "punch list" of 5-10 small existing UI/logic glitches. This serves as a paid test of your competency in our codebase before we move to the AI build). Milestone 2: Backend AI Implementation. (Writing the Golang logic to send test answers to the LLM API, grade them, and store the result). Milestone 3: Frontend Integration & Final Delivery. (Connecting the React Native frontend to the new AI endpoints so managers can see the grades, and pushing the final build). Who We Are Looking For: INDEPENDENT FREELANCERS ONLY. No agencies. Full-Stack experience: Golang (Go) for backend logic & React Native for frontend integration. Familiarity with prompting OpenAI/Gemini APIs for specific JSON data evaluation. How to Apply: We DO NOT do hourly contracts. This project is strictly paid via 3 Fixed-Price Milestones (1: Bug Punch List, 2: Backend AI, 3: Frontend Integration). In your proposal, you MUST provide your estimated FIXED-PRICE BID for the core AI build (Milestones 2 & 3). We will provide the specific "Bug Punch List" during the interview phase so you can review the codebase and price Milestone 1 fairly.
