**Overview**
We run a lead generation and sales automation business focused on the UK home services sector, primarily solar. Our strength is what happens after the lead comes in — AI-powered SMS follow-up, live transfers, and a full contact cadence that turns enquiries into booked surveys. The weak link right now is lead generation itself, and that’s where you come in.
We’ve been generating leads in-house but CPL has been too high. We know what good looks like (sub-£10 is achievable in this space) and we need someone who can get us there. This is not a small-scale operation — we’re building toward thousands of leads per week and need someone who has operated at that kind of volume before, or has a clear path to get there.
**What you’ll be doing**
- Running high-volume paid campaigns on Meta and Google, primarily for solar lead generation in the UK
Scaling campaigns efficiently without CPL blowing out — volume and quality both matter.
- Managing creative testing — writing ad copy, briefing or producing simple creatives, iterating fast
- Ensuring ad-to-landing-page alignment (we’re actively improving our pages and have a CRO consultant involved)
Setting up and maintaining proper conversion tracking — Meta pixel, Google tag, server-side where needed, UTM hygiene throughout
- Reporting weekly on CPL, spend, and what’s working — we want clear numbers, not decks
- Keeping CPL at a commercially viable level (target sub-£15, ideally sub-£10) at scale
**What we’re looking for**
- Proven experience running high-volume lead gen campaigns in UK home services — solar, energy, roofing, windows, or similar
- Demonstrated ability to scale — we’re not looking for someone who’s peaked at a few hundred leads a month
- Strong on Meta in particular; Google Ads a bonus
- Understands the difference between volume leads and quality leads — we care about both
- Comfortable owning tracking setup end-to-end, not just running ads and hoping the numbers appear
- Available and responsive during UK business hours (9am–6pm GMT/BST) — this is important to us
- Strong written and spoken English — proficiency is a minimum requirement, and clear communication is non-negotiable
- Proactive communicator — we don’t want to chase for updates, and we expect problems to be flagged early
- Can work independently with minimal hand-holding
- Honest about what’s working and what isn’t
**Bonus points for**
- Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) — we use it as our CRM and automation hub
- Any background in CRO, landing page testing, or A/B testing frameworks
- Familiarity with tools like Clarity, Crazy Egg, or similar
**What we’re not looking for**
- Generalist media buyers with no lead gen background
- Anyone who has only ever managed small budgets or low-volume campaigns
- Poor communicators or anyone who goes quiet when things aren’t going well
- Agencies — freelancers only please
**The setup**
- Fully remote, work your own hours — but available during UK business hours
- Freelance/contract basis starting with an initial project to prove the model
- This is not a one-off gig. We’re actively expanding into new niches beyond solar, and the right person will grow with us — with the potential for a long-term role and genuine partnership on future campaigns
