We are building a platform that installs and manages structured business operating systems inside growing companies. Our platform deploys AI-driven operational systems that replace key internal roles such as lead generation, marketing operations, onboarding, reporting and sales execution. We are looking for a Systems Architect / Automation Engineer who can design and build intelligent automation systems and AI agents that power our platform. This role will involve building structured workflows, AI-powered agents and automation systems using tools such as OpenClaw, Claude Code, APIs and modern workflow orchestration platforms. ⸻ What You Will Be Building You will be responsible for designing and implementing systems such as: • Lead Generation Agents • SDR / Outreach Systems • Marketing Execution Systems • Client Onboarding Automation • Executive Reporting Systems • Internal Operations Systems Each system should function like a digital employee inside a business. ⸻ Responsibilities • Design structured operational workflows • Build automation systems using APIs and workflow tools • Implement AI logic using Claude / LLM systems • Integrate platforms such as Airtable, CRM systems and data pipelines • Document systems for repeatable deployment • Continuously improve system performance and reliability ⸻ Required Experience You must have experience in several of the following areas: • Automation architecture (Zapier, Make, n8n or similar) • API integrations and webhooks • AI integrations (OpenAI, Claude or similar) • Workflow orchestration and system design • Databases such as Airtable or similar • Python, JavaScript or TypeScript Experience with AI agent design or LLM workflows is highly preferred. ⸻ Nice To Have • Experience with OpenClaw or similar AI agent frameworks • Experience building internal business systems • Experience designing scalable automation infrastructure ⸻ Project Structure Initial engagement will involve building one core system: Lead Generation Agent If successful, this will expand into ongoing work building multiple operational agents and systems for our platform. ⸻ Engagement • Initial: 10–20 hours per week • Long-term potential if the collaboration is successful • Competitive hourly rate based on experience ⸻ Important We are not looking for basic no-code automation builders.
