We are looking for an experienced Sales Funnel Specialist who can design, build, and implement a complete conversion-focused funnel system from start to finish. This includes strategy, landing page development, lead capture, email automation, and follow-through nurturing designed to turn traffic into qualified leads and ultimately paying customers. This is not just a design role. We need someone who understands the entire customer journey and can strategically structure funnels that guide potential customers from first interaction all the way through conversion. The right candidate will be able to take a product or service, understand the target audience, and build the funnel infrastructure that supports lead generation, engagement, and sales. What You'll Be Responsible For Designing and implementing a full funnel system that includes: Landing page or lead capture page optimized for conversion Lead magnet or offer structure if needed Email automation and nurture sequences Call-to-action flow and conversion triggers Follow-up automation and lead segmentation You will also be responsible for ensuring the funnel is logically structured to support a strong customer journey. This includes mapping how users move through the funnel, identifying potential drop-off points, and optimizing the process for higher conversions. The funnel should integrate smoothly with email marketing tools, CRM systems, and any necessary automation platforms. Platform Experience You may use the platform or tools you feel are most effective for the build. Examples include: GoHighLevel (GHL) ClickFunnels Kajabi HubSpot MailerLite Zapier or other automation tools AI-assisted funnel and copy tools We are open to different systems as long as the final structure is efficient, scalable, and easy to manage long term. Copy & Design Expectations The ideal candidate should be comfortable contributing to the copy and messaging within the funnel. We will provide product details and positioning, but we are not looking for someone who requires every line of copy to be written for them. You should be able to: Understand the product or service being marketed Write or refine persuasive funnel copy Structure landing pages for engagement and clarity Design clean, modern layouts that encourage action This role requires someone who can think both strategically and creatively.
