We are a multi-disciplinary engineering and design consultancy based in Orange County, California providing structural, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), civil engineering, architectural coordination, Title 24 energy compliance, and permit coordination services. Our clients include architects, contractors, and developers across Southern California. We are building a firm-wide AI automation infrastructure powered primarily by the Anthropic Claude API and are seeking a Claude AI automation specialist to design and implement this system. Role Overview This is a hands-on technical role focused on building a scalable automation framework using Claude (Anthropic API). The selected engineer will integrate Claude with our internal tools, outreach systems, and operational workflows to support business development, project management, and internal operations. Key Responsibilities Design and implement systems using the Anthropic Claude API (Sonnet / Opus) Build internal AI tools including proposal generators, document automation, and workflow assistants Integrate Claude with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and cloud storage platforms Develop automated lead generation and outreach workflows Implement CRM integrations and automated follow-up systems Build voice agents using Claude integrated with platforms such as Vapi or Twilio Create systems for meeting summaries, action tracking, and internal documentation automation Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience building applications using the Anthropic Claude API Strong programming experience in Python or JavaScript Experience integrating REST APIs, webhooks, and automation tools Experience connecting LLM systems with CRM platforms and email outreach tools Ability to architect scalable AI workflows across multiple business systems Preferred Experience building Claude-powered automation for professional services firms Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Graph API Experience with voice agents, outreach automation, or CRM systems Engagement Structure The engagement will begin with Phase 1, focused on core Claude API setup, internal automation tools, proposal generation, and outreach automation. Additional phases will expand the system to voice agents, CRM automation, and marketing workflows.
