Overview
VMFS USA is a fast-growing vending machine & retail automation company. We’re looking for a hands-on performance marketer who can own our paid advertising across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search/Performance Max/YouTube optional) to drive qualified leads and purchases—not vanity metrics.
This role is for someone who can launch, test, optimize, and report with clarity, speed, and accountability.
What you’ll do
Build and manage campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, PMax, remarketing; YouTube optional).
Create and execute a testing roadmap (audiences, offers, landing pages, creatives).
Set up and maintain tracking: Pixel/CAPI, Google Tag Manager, GA4, conversion events, and troubleshooting.
Optimize for performance: CPL, CAC, ROAS, lead quality, funnel conversion rate.
Work with our team to turn ideas into ad creatives: briefing, iterations, UGC-style concepts, hooks, and copy angles.
Create weekly reporting with insights (what happened, why, what’s next).
Improve lead quality: qualification questions, form logic, CRM handoff, follow-up routing.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience managing $5k–$50k+/month ad spend (or strong results at smaller budgets with clear proof).
Strong grasp of lead-gen funnels, landing page conversion, retargeting, and creative iteration systems.
Comfortable with tracking + attribution (Pixel, CAPI, GTM, GA4).
Ability to write clear ad copy and guide creative direction (you don’t need to be a designer, but you must know what converts).
Organized, fast, and responsive—able to handle deadlines and multiple revisions without losing quality.
Bonus: experience in ecommerce/high-ticket, local services, B2B lead gen, or franchise/operations models.
Nice to have
HubSpot experience (or similar CRM).
Experience with WhatsApp/Messenger flows for lead capture.
Bilingual: English + Spanish.

Consistent growth of qualified leads and/or online purchases
Lower CPL and improved lead-to-close rate (quality matters)

Clean tracking and reliable conversion data
