We need a clean, import-ready dataset exported/compiled from CoStar that links hotels/properties to their management companies. The key requirement is to include stable CoStar identifiers (URL and/or CoStar ID) plus the management company website domain, so we can roll up the property data to the management company. What you will deliver - A CSV or Google Sheet with the data + a short note describing how you sourced it inside CoStar. - A 50-row sample first, then the full dataset after we confirm formatting. Scope (we can refine once you confirm feasibility) - Geography: United States (or specify if you prefer a region and we can start there). - Assets: Hotels (and their associated management company record in CoStar). Required columns (minimum) - Hotel / Property - Property name - Street address, city, state, zip - Property website (if listed) - CoStar property ID Management company - Management company name - CoStar management company URL - Costar company ID Quality expectations - One row per hotel property with a management company attached. - Consistent formatting (no merged cells, clean headers, no duplicates if possible). - If a property has no management company listed, leave blank rather than guessing. Relationship and communication - We are direct, organized, and responsive. We will provide quick feedback on the sample and answer questions fast. - This can turn into repeat work if it goes well.
