We are a personal training company based in Reno, Nevada that helps our clients in their journey regain their health through private coaching and accountability. We are looking for a confident, friendly appointment setter to call warm leads, work old/cold leads, and schedule consultation calls for our coaching team. This role is primarily phone based, speaking with people who have already shown interest in personal training. Your job is simple: build rapport, ask a few questions, and schedule a consultation call. Responsibilities • Call new leads within minutes who request information about personal training • Call older leads from our database who previously expressed interest • Follow up with prospects via phone and SMS • Schedule consultation calls on our calendar • Confirm upcoming appointments You will not be responsible for closing sales, only booking appointments. But if you do close there will be bonuses available. What We’re Looking For • Strong spoken English • Comfortable making phone calls • Friendly and confident communication style • Experience in appointment setting, sales, or cold calling preferred, specifically within Go High Level. • Reliable internet and quiet workspace Compensation Hourly pay: $6–$10/hour depending on experience Potential performance bonuses available: • Bonus per booked appointment • Bonus for appointments that show up • Bonus for closed clients Ideally looking for a candidate to work with us long term and consistently should it be mutually beneficial. Hours Starting hours: 10–20 hours per week Opportunity to expand to full time for the right person. Working hours will overlap with U.S. Pacific Time (Nevada).
