We are looking for an experienced HubSpot CRM specialist to help restructure and optimise our HubSpot contact database.
Our business sells NFC digital business cards and accessories through our online store, and our current HubSpot contact list has become disorganised over time. Leads and customers are mixed together, and we want to implement a clean, scalable CRM structure that supports marketing, sales, and automation.
The goal of this project is to redesign the contact database so it is clear, structured, and ready for growth.
Scope of Work
• Audit our current HubSpot contact database• Clean and restructure contact properties• Separate leads vs customers properly using lifecycle stages• Design and implement a logical contact property structure (customer status, acquisition source, product ownership, etc.)• Import and map our clean store customer database into HubSpot• Create smart lists for key segments (customers, leads, VIP clients, partners, etc.)• Configure workflows for automatic lifecycle updates• Implement best practices for maintaining a healthy CRM database• Provide documentation explaining the structure and how to maintain it

Requirements
